When you send us an email we collect your name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry. This allows us to respond quickly, efficiently and appropriately. We will not, under any circumstances, pass on email details or any other personal information to a third party unless agreed to by you for a specific purpose e.g. Candidate Register.

 

Occasionally we may send information regarding Expats Australia or Expatnetwork via email. You can choose not to receive emails from us by ticking the relevant box on the Create New Account form or by emailing us.

 

Your CV

You can store your CV on our Candidate Register and 'hide' it from potential recruiters or you can allow recruiters to have access to it based on certain selection criteria. Recruiters may subsequently keep a copy of your CV and we do not accept any responsibility for the use, privacy or retention of your CV in this instance. You may remove your CV from the Candidate Register at any time.

 

Expatnetwork does not verify or guarantee any candidate details. It is the responsibility of the recruiter to take up references and satisfy themselves as to the accuracy, availability, suitability, integrity and reliability of CV's provided by us on behalf of candidates. We accept no responsibility for any dealings between the recruiter and the candidate.

 

Due to the sensitive nature of information contained in a CV, the recruiter shall not transmit or distribute the CV or other information received from Expatnetwork to any person(s), company or businesses other than for the purpose of finding employment for the candidate.

 

The candidate and recruiter must undertake all reasonable precautions for securing information and against the use of unauthorised persons using their passwords, pin numbers and email addresses.

 

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of information sent from our server and stored by your browser. It does not contain any personal information about you. We use cookies to store and track information about visitors to our website and this, in turn, helps us to ensure that our website continues to meet user expectations.

Expatnetwork has set up the Forum with the sole intention of providing a safe environment for expats to meet to exchange ideas and information.
